This weekend's Mainsail Arts Festival (4/22-23) is always one of the most popular of the year, if for no other reason than the waterfront setting. But it's a juried show of fine art and crafts, so more than 200 artists from across the nation show up to compete for $50,000 in awards. There's also entertainment, children's art activities and food by area restaurants.
